Content Policy & Acceptable Use

Last updated: 2026-07-31

AIrtive is an AI media creation service for generating images, videos, transformations, and other media from templates, prompts, and user-provided materials. This Content Policy describes what is and is not allowed. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

What the Service Is

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Users must have the necessary rights and consent for every uploaded reference and must not use AIrtive to create unlawful or abusive content.

Strictly Prohibited

You may not use the Service to request, generate, or share:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual, suggestive, or nude depiction of a minor (anyone under 18), real or AI-generated. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to applicable authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated “deepfake” depictions of identifiable real people, in violation of the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act of 2025, the U.K. Online Safety Act 2023, the EU Digital Services Act, and equivalent statutes.
  • Sexual content involving real, identifiable individuals (celebrities, public figures, private individuals), or attempts to impersonate or sexualize them.
  • Sexually explicit imagery or text (depictions of intercourse, genitals, or sexual acts). The Service is designed to refuse such requests.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or hatred against protected groups.
  • Content intended to defraud, harass, defame, stalk, threaten, or impersonate any person or organization.
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights (see our DMCA Policy).
  • Disinformation in connection with elections, public-health emergencies, or judicial proceedings.
  • Content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

Real People and Likeness

Do not use a real person’s likeness, voice, or identity without the rights and consent required by applicable law. Do not create deceptive impersonations or non-consensual intimate media.

Reporting Violations

To report content that violates this Policy — including NCII, impersonation, harassment, CSAM, or other abuse — email [email protected]. Please include:

  1. The type of report (NCII / impersonation / CSAM / other);
  2. The URL(s) or content ID(s) of the material;
  3. Your relationship to the subject (self / authorized representative / rights holder);
  4. A statement that the content is non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of this Policy;
  5. Your full name, contact email, and signature (typed name).

We act on reports of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours, consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act timeline. Copyright-specific complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: remove or disable access to content; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve and disclose information to law enforcement; and take any other action we deem appropriate. Repeat or egregious violations result in permanent account termination.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
